Detail project problem....please help

I sculpt model using zbrush and export in to the 3d studio max…but i couldn’t get all the detail in the max of the zbrush model…i know to get displacement map ,normal map,but i dont know how to use that maps in the 3d max to get all the detail of my zmodel perfectly…
i saw other sculpters are using many maps to get thair detail correctly…
please,anyone can teach me what are the maps should export and how that maps import to the 3d max correctly to get detail…

( i sculpt high detail models in zbrush…therefor i want to get all the detail in max…pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease help meeeeeeeeeeee…my friends…my job is depend on this…please help me…):cry:

I had the same problem until a week ago. With the displacement-maps of zBrush, I got different problems. Now I bake normal-maps with xNormal and ir works perfect. xNormal is free and makes very good normal-maps.
I not yet figured out, how to get good displacement-maps in xNormal and how to get out the scaling-factor of displacement-maps produced in xNormal. But normal-maps show all the detail. After creating the normal-maps, I go to photoshop and use the xNormal normalize normal-maps-plugin to improve them.
If the deails are not good enough, I increas the contrast of the normal-map in photoshop. That workeed pretty good for me.
