Dent in smoothing 5 star topo points in ZBrush

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me or guide me to the thread on smoothing out the dents I get on 5 star topology?

I noticed this when I sub div my model to level 5. (around 1 million points in total)
Each time I tried to smooth them out with the Smooth brush, the dents will appear.

Below are some of the troubled areas on my model which I have some trouble in getting rid of the little dents, or pinching.

Try the flatten brush.

The Flatten brush works.
Takes a little skill to smooth them out around the curves though.
