Denied (Trial Version)

I submitted a ticket for this yesterday, but haven’t gotten a response yet.

A while ago I installed the Z-Brush trial. A week or so later I had to reformat my hard drive and re-install Windows. I downloaded and installed the trial again last night and it tells me that it is registered on another computer. It’s the same computer, just a fresh Windows install. Is there anything that can be done about this, or is the support ticket I submitted the best way to resolve it?

It has to be handled via the Support ticket. It’s going to be necessary for us to change your computer ID in the Trial system. Even though it’s the same hardware, you have a new Windows installation ID. That happens every time you reinstall Windows.
