Just a little something I did to test Zbrush 3 modeling, painting, subtools, and retopology tool. All of that out of a sphere, I dont think I will ever start a character inside maya again.
Hehe amen to that, I don’t think I’ll make a character in Max ever again.
Not likely to render there either with this machine, it crashes whanever I try, I’m better off making things completely in Zbrush 3. Such an awesome app, “awesome” being a poor word to describe it.
Your demon looks great, I like the textures and the expression, he looks like he has a personality and a deep one at that.
Please make a video the next time you make something like this, I’d love to watch you work.

ZBrush with Zspheres is the best way to start a base mesh to take to a finish.
Nice job. Maybe you could make the render a little bigger…I’m not sure it’s big enough. I’m kidding, it might actually be a bit too big.

This is incredible. A very fine, serious-looking face, the anatomy is very believable, and he doesn’t look dead. Very lively and awesome, I love the detail and the texture too.

willbrown1, I agree Zspheres are awesome, wen you know what you´re doing before start, but in this case I just start pushing things around from a polysphere having no Idea what would come out.
zerodean, my bad for the big renders… I thought they where smaller, 1280x960… but pixologic changed the standard resolution, and I didint noticed until it was to late.:rolleyes:
