Demon/beast kinda of thing

Hey guys, this here is my first full model in Zbrush.This a guy I’ve working on lately. I’m looking for suggestions on what you guys think could make him better. Keep in mind though, this guy is going to be used for a Normal Map for a game character, so I can’t make any drastic changes to the model or else the Normal Map won’t work. I haven’t started the projection mapping and alphas for the fine detailing, so I plan on doing that soon. So feel free to make any suggestions especially on the detailing. Thanks guys

Question: How did you go about putting holes all the way though where eye should be?

Well, I made the base model in Max, and I simply deleted the holes where the eye should be. I plan on adding the eye later on, but as a seperate object.

You can do the same in Zbrush by painting a mask over the eyes, inverting the mask and pressing hide points from the mask menu. But the max solution is probably cleaner.

I’m gonna keep updating him throughout the detailing process since this will really be my first time using projection master and alphas, so I’ll be hoping to hear input from you guys as I go along. Also, there is a body to him, but it’s not near as far along. I’ll update him with the body once I get him to a reasonable good looking point.
