hello, I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to break up my body mesh into separate tools by “deleting hidden” with out losing any detail. I’m hiding the parts i want separate along clean edges (not sloppy) which i heard helps the process but i still do lose a descent amount of detail. Is there a way to preserve the detail by masking it or anything? or maybe to extract it instead? thanks in advance!
if i remember correctly you need to mask at your highest, then go down to lowest and delete, although you may need to go back up once and back down. something like that.
