I’m using a UDIM/multi-tile workflow and I’m trying to import the textures from Mari into Zbrush.
Using polygroups I can hide all UDIMs except the one I currently want to load the texture for, loading it in the Displacement tab then displacing it out slightly. I then move onto the next UDIM and do the same. Unfortunately Zbrush creates valleys between all of the UDIM. I could smooth them out but I’m hoping there is a better way.
So I thought that I could load these texture into polypaint, then mask by intensity, then use some function to displace all of them out evenly depending on the values of the mask. Unfortunately nothing in the Deformations tab works the way I need it to, unless I’m missing something. Basically if the Deformations tab included a slider that worked like the Displacement tab’s Intensity slider this wouldn’t be an issue.
