decimation master and 3DMAX question (newbie)

hello, when you export your models from zbrush (using decimation master) to 3DSmax, do you have to apply any modifiers to get a high res render? I guess another way of asking is your geometry import at full resolution into 3dsmax?

if you decimate the mesh
you just import it into MAX
just make sure that the obj you export can be imported into max (tri-counts)
