Debris from normal map in maya

Hi,
Anyone know why sometimes Zbrush creates normal maps with debris on it?
I don’t see any pixelation in my normal map, but when I apply it in Maya, you can see deris(black dots or mess) on the model.

What is the cause of this and how do I fix it?

I’m using Zbrush 4.

If you’re not seeing anything on the map itself then it’s probably something with the shader settings in Maya.

Nothing on the map itself, but yeah its in Maya. I use The High Resolution Mode with texture on for it. Looks like I will have to play with Maya some more.
