Dear zbrushers, professional artists i need your advice

My name is David, i am 23 years old from Serbia. I want to be kick ass character artist and work for game studios.
I started to learn Zbrush and Maya. Now i want to learn anatomy, and to sculpt in Zbrush.

The only problem is, i have no idea how to approach. I watched many videos, but they are all timelapse, i can’t even see what’s happening. What people make those kind of tutorials, with timelapse and skipping parts:S

How to approach anatomy and to sculpt in Zbrush? What to learn first, what not to learn?
I see many concept arts around, with so good character and creature concept arts, that i want to make them in 3D.
But how to apply 2d design in 3D?

Any proper courses with detail explanation of human anatomy? Step by Step?

You can teach yourself if you’re studious enough. Firstly, I recommend figure drawing every day. It might be a nuisance but it will help you learn the forms. Do gesture drawings, anatomy studies, long studies. Make sure you are constantly looking at what other artists are doing to see what they are getting right and wrong. Look up images on Google, watch bodybuilders and gymnasts, trace if you have to at first but eventually the goal is to get so familiar with anatomy that you just recognize it instantly as easily as the alphabet.

Drawing these shapes out in 2D will help you understand them better in 3D. Your brain will eventually begin to compile all that 2D data into 3D understanding. That’s just my suggestion. Anatomy is one of the hardest things to do in the artwork. You’ve got a lot of work ahead of you. Good luck.

I’d look up Ryan Kingslien and Scott Spencer, they both approach the figure from a very anatomical standpoint.

It’s important that you look at the figure as being made up of many different interlocking forms, not just as a body with arms and legs stuck on them.
