Your anatomy does need a lot of refinement dude, but bear in mind that it doesn’t reflect on your ideas being bad at all. Deadpool is a cool character. Even with exaggerated muscles, the muscles on the arms, chest, and even rib cage don’t feel right, and even the back. Take a look a body builders with exaggerated muscles, and even though that might not be the physic you are going for, at least you will get a sense of where each muscle is located, or look at a anatomy book. Even if he is wearing clothes, when muscles aren’t in the right place, they look bad even in clothing.
As for wrinkles, try this idea, pretend you were wrapping a rope around your characters limbs. The more loose the ropes get the more they angle when the characters limbs move in the direction he points them. Look at your own clothing. Wrinkles don’t follow in a straight light the length of bicep, forearm, or torso…they cross them, even if it’s in an angle.
Nonetheless, you don’t have to apply it to this model, you seem done with it, but bear it in mind for the next one.
