Hi guys, Ive been working on Batman on zbrush r2, I really love the new features!
This was started from Christian Bale head sculpt, but later I decided to make the whole body :slight_smile:
All was sculpted and rendered using zbrush, then composited in Photoshop
The matcaps that i used are : hs_BladerunnerSubtle, MP_CHAV05, mt_maquette, ok_graphite, sc_dull_blue, and mt_maquette, credits and special thanks to the creator of those matcaps :slight_smile:
Sorry for the huge images, any comments or critics are very appreciated

Very nice awesome details, i do however get the feeling that the head is to big for the body. Other than that superb work :slight_smile:

Amazin work, the christian bale likeness is very well achieved and all the rest is really good, the render is awesome for zbrush !!! like Xerotin mentioned , the head looks too bog compared to the rest of the body and his gluteus muscles look a bit flatten. keep it up the good work !

Wow, the Bale likeness is really good. Also, the hair looks fantastic! Is that just standard sculpting?

I think the mask is a little too round. But then again, I haven’t watched the movie in some time so I wouldn’t expect to get quoted on that anytime soon. I am thoroughly impressed with the likeness. It really screams Mr. Bale!

I agree about the head being a bit too big. Other than that, a great job on this! :+1:

Xerotin, brusherator, Webhead : thank you :slight_smile: as for the head, my intention was to make it like the real proportion( and to fit the head exactly inside the cowl )

polaroid29 : thanks, the hair was using photoshop for retouch. I add layer of strands on top of my sculpt :slight_smile:

Philip : thanks man, as for the smile well…it’s really not intended, should have make it more serious in the masked version :stuck_out_tongue:

VampireDghost : thanks! the weapon was actually the one he used in the movie, but I agree that the shape is not really fit the costume :slight_smile:
