it is just a composition test, adjustments and details are coming soon. First I prefer to see some render test, then I will paint to create more detail as the water scum, or hair, souls, shadows…

:sunglasses: :+1:

yikes, don’t know how I missed this one yesterday, superb stuff with an astounding attention to detail. love the pose aswell, gives a great sense of motion and balance, also the pose cleverly obscures his groin to protect our innocent eyes  GREAT WORK! :+1:

ARGH  !!!I HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH SHADOWS IN RENDERING IN DIFFERENT LEVELS !!! the water is transparent…WHERE IS ITS TRANSPARENCY IN RENDERING!!
DAMN…

I must finish it…
some helps are welcome

another problem is the materials…if I assign a particular material to an object in a level, when I go to another level for drawing another tool with another material, all of the other levels take the new material !
must I bake the level before ?? but if I bake, I lose the interactions between the other levels !! no shadows ! no transparency ! nothing !!

advice please …

:Dmaybe I have found an old tutorial by Pixolator !!!

I’m happy

wow! great work drummer!!! really serious

 thanx…but there is still lots of work to do on it…argh, problems, ,problems, problemsssssss !!!

Drummer ,
This is coming along nicely, can’t wait to see it finished.
In order to have transparency work the image that you want to be transparent has to be on a different layer and flatten has to be turned off in the render pallet.
And for the materials problem, you have to copy the material and paste it into an un used material slot before you change to another material.
I’ve had both of these problems before myself.
keep up the great work
monstermaker

thank you very mutch Monstermaker !

Yes, I did turn off “flatten” in the render palett, but the problem was that I lost the shadows between the different part of my composition…basically, I need transparent objects to cast shadows too!
what could be the problem? I have made many tests but the shadows don’t exist in un-flatten mode.

about the materials, wow, I never could have imagined that it was anything like this !
thank you again
