I find it difficult to say anything at all - I’m completely mesmerized and somewhat in a state of shock. I’m sure you will be up against some very tough competition, but man, you didn’t pull any punches. This is a knockout blow.

Thanks man! here it is also some works i have made in the last months for various miniature games and action figures

Wow, that’s a disgusting piece! Great job!

great Danko!
now i’m happy to see your marvellous works!
awesome!

PS: they are ready to be (3D)printed!

thanks! yeah they are ready to be 3dprinted, i will post soon further images of other 3dprint works made for another game company

I had the pleasure of painting and mounting dozens of battle lore figures. I enjoy the figures you made very much - they are absolutely deserving of a print and paint process. Beautiful work!

i took some time off to participate to a nice contest in the italian forum www.treddi.com, aimed at making baby version of the favourite comic-manga. being a great fan of hiroiko araki’s jojo’s bizarre adventures i decided to depict the two main characters of the “stardust crusaders” saga. Jotaro Kujo and Dio Brando being like brothers, while playing with their stands they “freeze the time”, that in the comic-childish mood of the image means breaking the wall clock (throwing a roller on it, another small citation of the manga). when the mother discovers it, like all the children, they accuse each other for being responsible of the accident, while their stand-warriors act in the opposite way, claiming the right to be the ones who stopped the time. i tried to put as many citations to the manga as possible (the plant-cat creature, the small soldiers, the console, and the comics with the adventures of oingo and boingo), and sticked to a render style very shiny and colorful to match the whimsical theme and the style of the manga, that is tipically very baroque and full of small manneristic designs

hey danko75,
I wanted to see your anatomy skeleton model, but sadly it’s no longer available for download - will you reupload it or did you pull it down forever ?
Thanks

the ragman, quick sculpt made from a dynamesh sphere, somewhat inspired by the anna chromy’s “cloak of conscience”
ragman.jpg

I love it … really great! Is it micro mesh?

Cheers, David

Nope, a simple rag fabric tilable texture applied as surface noise using the UV method (uvs assigned on the fly with uv master, nothing fancy)

Thanks for the info on the fabric!

Cheers, David

Really great job on the cloth!
