thanks guys!
@JohnErick: not sure if i understood your question, sorry but my english is not so good :P. you mean how the render was done? it’s a simple bpr render with a standard material, one light projecting soft shadows (angle set to 5 in the render menu) and some occlusion (not too much). no compositing in ps or other stuff, i like this look for presentations of sculpted models
Congratulations on the top row! The sculpture is really awesome, you really nailed the anatomy on this one. And the tips are very helpful, as always.
Hope to see you on this year’s Udine3d edition.
Congratulation! These stuff’s are really awesome and helpful. Keep sharing with us more.
Well deserved, my friend!
And the hair tutorial is really helpful, thanks!
Hi guys, sharing a model done some months ago for a 1/6 figure. pretty happy by the fact that it will be distributed by Sideshow :):)
Rendered with the new keyshot 6
Hope you like it!

wonderful work very expressive
Wonderful work MASTER
Regards Jacek
Nice work;)
Very nice. I love the clothing. Did you sculpt them by hand or you used MD?
Thanks guys for the kind words! glad you like it!
here the link to the real prototype
@vlad: marvelous designer is the next software i have in the wishlist, because i saw amazing things done with it and want to learn how to make super cool looking garments, but here the clothes were are all sculpted from scratch, as i cant really use MD it would have taken way more time going down on that route instead of using some good references and do the dirty job manually :). the fine textures were simply created after giving the cloth meshes nice uvs and using a surface noise with a fabric alpha
beautiful
There are a lot of awesome likenesses posted here every month, but you captured the character of a legend. bravo small_orange_diamond

very cool Tell me a bit about the process in keyshot
hi all, a quick project i made for fun trying to depict deadpool and match the amazing disney infinity figures style.
everything was modeled inside of zbrush (dynamesh and zremesher for the body and zmodelr fot all the props) and rendered in keyshot
hope you like it.

Hi guys,
wanted to share my latest personal project started for fun and based on the amazing “life and death” drawings by otto schmidt. i first tried to recreate one of his concepts, but after that i decided to take some personal route adding vegetation and stuff and trying to create a nice composition.
After some tests with different render engines (and i hate rendering :D) i decided to render the scene in zbrush, as i liked more the graphic style you can quickly achieve by playing with different passes in photoshop, compared to the realistic outputs a la keyshot.
hope you like it
(posting two versions as i couldn’t decide which one i preferred :D)

This is sick! How did you get the density of the flowers, vines, webbing?
Amazing job.
Once more, you amaze me. I love your work. Top row for sure.
Thanks guys for the kind words!
@lhumungus: for the elements below i used few different techniques/softwares
the ivys branches were created using the evergreen ivy generator free plugin (i used the blender one, but there is also a standalone version and a max one as far as i remember). this cool plugin creates also a setup with UVed polygonal cardboards for the leaves, and i used those quads as placeholders in order to insert a nanomesh highpoly leaf (i wanted the leaves to look more like leaves and not just textured cardboards )
http://graphics.uni-konstanz.de/~luft/ivy_generator/
https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Extensions:2.6/Py/Scripts/Curve/Ivy_Gen
Also, as i wanted to have a bit of variation in the color of the leaves, i used three different nanos with the same leaf carrying a slightly variated texture version (such a great thing that nanomeshes and insert meshes retain uvs now :D). if interested, i will post a breakdown on how to integrate nanomesh with the ivy generator
the small water droplets on the leaves were created with a nanomesh sphere on the nanomeshed leaves (some sort of inception thing, nanomesh on nanomesh :D)
also the small rocks on the stone were made using nanomesh, an important thing to do when using nanos to create this kind of stuff that has to be distributed in a non regular way is just play with values below 1 in the random slider (so that if you insert a nano on a polygroup, which i made, it will not cover all the polygons)
The webs were created using two different free plugins, an awesome one for xsi that allows to grow procedurally cobwebs in between two objects (and then create a polygonal mesh from the curves)

and one for maya that creates the typical spiral looking web.

the grass below her feet was made with simple fibermesh, masking the rock and playing with the settings to make a thick look
