As it turns out my previous model needed some refining in the eye,nose but most certainly the mouth area.
Capturing likeness is a tricky thing so bare with me
Modelling and other technical stuff done in Blender,sculpting and texturing in Zbrush and Photoshop,hair in Xgen and rendering in Arnold,Maya.
