This is the Earl of Millennium, from the anime/manga D. Gray Man (KATSURA HOSHINO).
Honestly i don’t really like the earl, i hate him! 
But on the other side his permanent evil grin is so funny, that i decided to make a quick sculpture of him :lol:
It’s still WIP, will create his body and the details later, this is what i have so far, hope you like it.
