Hello community i’ve a character with twist hair but i need to cancel that twist how can i do here a scree shot i need to cut the blue part:

Do you mean cutting off the blue part, or keeping it and just getting rid of the twists? You can use the Smooth brush to smooth out the twists, or a combination of Clay Buildup and Smooth. Lots of other ways to do it, you should get in and experiment.
If you want to chop the blue part off, there are several ways to do that too. The Clip Brush would work, or the Trim Brush. Or mask the blue part>invert mask>hide unmasked part>delete hidden.
