Custom UI Startup Issues

I created a custom UI, and have it placed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Pixologic\ZBrush 4R2\ZStartup\ConfigFiles

Every time I load Zbrush I have to load my Ztool, then load my Custom UI for it to work. If I load the UI before the Ztool I get blank menus like this

Can anyone please explain where to place my Custom UI so it loads by default every time? Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem… yeah I know, it seems like it should’ve been an obvious catch during beta testing, but apparently not
