Custom UI Not Working in 4.0 (resolved)

I have enable customize highlighted in the Preferences > Custom UI menu, but when I Ctrl click and drag on any icon, it will not move. Any solution for this, or did I miss something?

Edit: Fixed the problem, you have to hold Ctrl + Alt to drag icons.

Thanks for posting the solution Daevasmodeus. It’s strange, as the pop-up help inside ZBrush still mentions pressing the CTRL key only. Had me going there for a bit.
