Was this UI created in an earlier version of the program? It isn’t recommended to port them forward.
Otherwise, I can’t say what has happened here. It would be fastest and easiest just to scrap this file and start fresh. If you’d like to take the time to troubleshoot it, you’ll have to contact support.
