Custom Insert Mesh question

Hello all,

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Is there anyway I can use a custom piece of geometry (for example, a basic archway I have made in Maya) in the same way that one would use the InsertCube brush to perform a boolean operation on a dynamesh?

I would like to know if I could subtract this archway geo from a cube to create a doorway.

I hope this makes sense. Any help would be great.

The MeshInsert Dot brush can insert any other custom geometry like the other insert brushes. You can select your inserted object in the brush modifiers settings.
