I know there’s the spiral brush, but that doesn’t do it. How do you twirl, curl, or twist something around a point that isn’t on the mesh? Rather, how do you do this efficiently? Transpose doesn’t seem to do it well. Any time I’ve had to do this, getting the distal portion of polygons to point along the curve has been kind of a pain. Deformations only work around the center axis.
I get the feeling the answer is something really obvious.
