ctrl+Z undo intermittently not working

This has been going on for weeks.
I can reassign ctrl+Z to undo using ctrl+alt, but then it stops working again.
If I restart sometimes the function is there, sometimes it isn’t ><

Is there a shortcut I could be pressing accidentally that removes the undo function?
Has anyone else been experiencing this recently?

Are you on Mac or PC? I’m on PC. I havn’t had this issue in 4R2b. Add the following lines to your ZBrush 4R2/ZStartup/Hotkeys/StartupHotkeys.txt file.

[EDIT:UNDO,634] // Ctrl+Z

[EDIT:TOOL:UNDO,634] // Ctrl+Z

[EDIT:REDO,890] // Ctrl+Shift+Z

[EDIT:TOOL:REDO,890] // Ctrl+Shift+Z
