Hi, My name is Roberto Zepeda and this is my first post in Zbrush Central.
I want to share with you my progress of a game character I’ve been creating by following a tutorial by Pierrick Picaut.
The idea is to create a stylized low/mid poly character with all the steps involved: Hi res sculpt, Retopology, Uv’s, Baking maps, texturing, posing and rendering.
I’m really happy about how this guy is turning out, I’ve never sculpted or modeled a character before.

I suppose that studying and teaching human anatomy has been super helpful. Obviously my pacing has been slow for two reasons 1) It’s my first game character and 2) I can only dedicate few hours a day.
Seeing the clothing and armor in a more finished was very satyisfing, Here are some polished render images with a marble material applied to the body. I think the lighting looks pretty cool.
