Aaaand finally started with the 3rd

u can download it and use it as reference for ur own studies etc. hope it is useful.
great study. Everyone should do something like this when learning anatomy of any creature. Great job
@gabo1991 thanks a lot buddy. yea totally agree to that it’s a great way to learn anatomy in each possible perspective!
and here is a new study:
currently working for Polygonbay.com as a animal sculptor and started working on the Chamois creature. Did this skeleton study to understand the underlaying structure to get the most out of it and creating a more realistic looking animal model.
hope u guys like it!
and here is another quick 2h speedsculpt I did last Sunday just as a practice. Love doing these kind of studies.
this time I also recorded my process while I sculpted the running Lion in ZBrush. Uploaded to my YouTube Channel Link:
well started teaching myself how to sculpt cartoon characters because damn I ****ing looove cartoons and I always wanted to learn how to sculpt them.
I choose Wreck-It Ralph because a few days ago Disney announced the 2nd movie and I sculpted Ralph inbetween freelance work and my animal studies.
Planing to do a few more (maybe from Zootopia and Monster Inc?!)
Okay I really hope he is looking somewhat okay I mean sure there are a few areas that don’t look great at all but keep in mind this is my very first try to sculpt cartoon characters.
oh and btw used a concpet art from the awesome Bill Schwab for the pose!
okay guys I started working on a new animal study. this time I am learning more about the Chamois. Did this quick 2h speedsculpt inbetween freelance work and I have to say I am learning a lot doing these 3d studies BUT most important is that I am having a lot of fun while sculpting these animals.
Also recorded a timelapse of me sculpting the Chamois cuz I thought maybe some of you might be interested in seeing my process/how I am starting these ‘skechtes’. Let me know if you are interested in seeing more of these timelapse videos.
