Creating Textures with QuickSketch

I’m trying to create some textures in the UDK texture editor. I’m drawing on a quicksketch in zbrush, then exporting to photoshop and applying what I have drawn to RGB channels.

The problem I am facing is an outline. I get an outline when I use such images in the UDK editor.

the thin straight lines do not appear if i craft the texture starting at the photoshop level

The first two images are of a material edit in UDK made from Zbrush quicksketches. The second image is a squiggly line that I drew in photoshop. The thin lines in the first two images are from the outline of the zbrush sketch and are not cool.
