Creating holes in an existing sculpture

I searched google for an answer to this and didnt find any answers to this quesiton.

Which requires you to either start over in zpheres or create a retopology and then edit the mesh.

This is what i’ve created with a zphere and the darkened ares are where i’m trying to create holes.

Are there any brushes or anything I can do to create separations where I need them?

Perhaps you can try it with the Dynamesh option ? Convert to dynamesh, hold alt while inserting a cilinder and then control drag twice, once for removing the mask of the cilinder, and once more for the remeshing.

I saw that but I dont think my version of zbrush has dynamesh. :confused:

Oh, which version are you using ? If its Zbrush 4 you should have received an email with upgrade instructions… If its Zbrush 3, not really sure :slight_smile:
