Creating complex character using ZSpheres?

So I thought of trying to make a character with Zspheres only… I made the shape, spent 8 hours on it, very happy with the result but realized… No idea how to make this into an actual editable decent mesh…

Assuming I use Adaptive Skin

But then I realized a massive problem… there is holes all over it and the main issue is that there will be faces on the inside! causing it to use a lot more space and make it a lot less efficient…

Any ideas how I can turn my 1st object into a decent object I can edit? A way to remove holes? possible… get rid of all them pesky inside faces?

Have you tried running Dynamesh or ZRemesher on it? If that doesn’t work, you may need to manually retopologize.

Next time, instead of making all those ZSpheres, try using ZSketch.
