Creating bump spec etc from color map

Hi everyone. I’m new to Zbrush and was wondering how to create bump and spec maps based on a color texutre. For example, if I have a hand completely textured (top, side, palm) and I want to create bump and specular maps from that color texture and not try to repaint with another texture since it would be very difficult to ensure the wrinkles and pores will line up with the color map.

convert your polypaint into a texture map and either use Zbrush or another image editor to adjust your levels, contrast, range etc.

Thanks for the reply! What about using the RGB values to give the model displacement? For example the folds on top of the knuckles.
