Hello all, im mainly a 2d artist, so i may be getting some lingo wrong, but ive hit a wall searching for a solution to this issue. Just started learning Zbrush a week ago, starting to make my own IMM brushes from imported .obj’s ive converted from sketchup. Took a several attempts to import the .objs whole and unbroken, but ive gotten that working by ticking all the boxes in the sketchup export dialog. The problem now is that when i create an imm multi brush nearly all the sub brushes are “broken”, not sure what to call that, so its making searching difficult. The picture below shows the imported .obj next to the IMM brush Zbrush converted it to.
I’m thinking even though the problem is happening in zbrush, the solution may still lie in getting the export options correct in sketchup. So i’ll also include a screen cap of the settings i’m using there. Thanks for any help, my searches turned up zero.
