Create Cavity Map Using HD Geo?

Is there a way to create a cavity map that respects Geometry HD sculpting? From all the tests I’ve done (including using MME plugin) the cavity map only takes into account your highest NON-HD subdiv.

I’m interested to hear the answer to this question too.
I my self made couple of tests and I could not get HD geo to be included into cavity map creation.
Is there a way to get this to work?

It would be so nice if someone could answer this?
At the moment I can only get proper cavity map by painting it manually by entering HD geo. But this is time consuming process and it would be amazing if zbrush processed cavity the same way it does with displacement and polypaint data.

Anyone?
