Is there a way to remove all “creased” edges with one shot ?

I’ll assume you mean remove the creasing from all edges, not remove the actual edges that are creased.

Yes, you can use:

  1. Tool > Geometry Crease > Uncrease All

or

  1. With ZModeler, Polygon > Crease > All Polygons (click, hold ALT, release click, release ALT)
