Couple of questions

how do i make a subtool from some parts of the mesh??
example: lets say that i made a base mesh and i want to work on the ears only and i want the capability to hd divide how can i make them as a different subtool?

the secend question is more a request then a question

how do i make this part of the eye?

You can extract the ears as a new subtool by stepping down to the lowest subdivision level, hiding everything except the ears, and going SubTool>Extract. For what you want, make sure you have thickness set to zero. That’s going to leave the original ears on the original head, but it will also make a new subtool (clone) of the ears.

Eyes like that are fairly simple. Start with a ZSphere and either use circular alphas to dig in the shapes you want, or use Radial Symmetry and paint the shapes in by hand.

I feel your last question is too broad for me to answer.

thank you for your answer dustin but in the second question i meant the holes around the eye ball, maybe it called eye sockets(i dont realy know) im sorry for my form of expression im not very good in english.
