Does anyone know how to copy/import a custom menu from a different user interface without having to rebuild it manually?

Thank you but you might have misunderstood me.
I would like to copy only one specific custom menu palette from another user’s custom ui.
I would then like to add this to my own custom ui rather than use his entire ui.
I think there is no way to do this, but it would be useful if anyone has the answer.

Sadly the answer is there’s no way to do it, other than loading a whole custom UI, or building the menu from scratch.
