Converting polypainted colours into textures - help please!

Hello, I’m currently following a tutorial from Digital Tutors on sculpting a cartoon squid eating a fish and I’ve come up against a problem I don’t know how to overcome. The problem stems from the person in the tutorial using ZBrush 4, where as I’m using ZBrush 4R3 and this guy is pressing button that aren’t on my menu.

I’ve tried to follow along, but with the buttons I’m missing I can’t get it to work. The process he uses is this:

He checks this is enabled - ‘Enable UV’

Goes to lowest subdivision

Presses - ‘GUVTiles’

Goes to highest subdivision

Go to texture dropdown, goes to 2048 height and width - Presses ‘NEW’

Then pressed ‘Col>Txr’

Texture dropdown, Flip Vertically

Export BMP

Is there any way around this? Like I said I’ve tried following along, but I’m not sure if it’s working, then when I reach ‘Col>Txr’ it’s nowhere to be found.

The issue is the tutorial being more outdated. Even in 4R5 he wouldn’t be able to follow it.

After you have created UV’s,
Tool: Texture Map: New from Polypaint to create the texture
Tool: Texture Map: Clone Txtr to send it to the Texture Palette

Then from the Texture Palette you can flip it and export
