Complicated teeth- Advice needed!!

Greetings,

I need some advice on how to approach this problem.

I need to take the teeth pictured below into ZBrush for sculpting. The problem is the 3d Model was created from CT scans, so the mesh is triangulated. (yeah, sadly I have to use these teeth)

I tried retopology using Topogun and it was taking forever (and the program kept crashing randomly  )
I then took it into 3Ds Max and used the Quadrangulate button which actually worked pretty well!
I saw quads (and some triangles still)

I took it into ZBrush where it allows me to reconstruct subdivision (which I’m guessing means the triangles aren’t a big deal?) but when I check mesh integrity I get the following message:
“This mesh contains 5 edges that are shared by more than 2 polygons”

Can I ignore this and sculpt?

All I need of this project is to be able to sculpt at multiple subdiv levels, export the product into Maya for rendering and apply some texturing.
