Any suggestions are welcome. I’m in the process of designing a geometric creature (Very similar to Transformers design) and I’ve built all the individual parts as tools that I’ll now be appending as sub-tools into a single tool. Only problem is that some of these parts are very high detail and are absolutely fine on my machine individually, but combining them with other sub tools grinds zB to a halt. Some of these high detail pieces will end up really small compared to the overall creature size - but I don’t want to throw that info away because I’d like to render close-ups of the creature once compiled.

What’s the best workflow approach to take here to get them all in a manageable ballpark and conformed to be combined into a single tool composition? Any advice / links to tutes that describe this workflow would be greatly appreciated.
