There are Several Options
Here out of the Box I could name you 2. But I am sure there is a better one.
Just make your Body as a separate tool. Later on you could combine them and retopologize them or do a projection to get the details onto a single mesh.
You could export the low mesh tool into another modeling tool and extrude and model the base mesh of the body. After that transphere the mesh back to zbrush and go on modeling.

yes that helps,i’m just worried about poly count since the head is about 1-2mil already…Thanks for help!! I’ll research on projecting…i think that might work.
