combine classic photography and 3d /// beginner quesitons /// texturing

i want to combine real world photography (portrait) and 3d elements like manipulated lips for instance

this is all just example… it´s not about this image… i just try to figure out how 3d can extend my possibilitis

i am a beginner and don´t really know how to start…

the resolution that i´ll need later is not less than a hight of let say 4500 pix…

lets say i make the nice paar of lips in zbrush and need to texture these in order to put them onto my 2d image
the integration of the rendered lips would happen in photoshop

now i am wondering what is the best and easiest way for me to get a high resolution textures map on the mesh

would you use spotlight?

i thought maybe to use spotlight to get a rough idea what kind of information i need where in the texture map and
export the texture map than in order to finalize it in photoshop

the source of the texture would be (i assume) high res images of photo i have in my archive…

i think it back and forth if this is a handy way to do it

or is this all crap?

how would you do it?

as i said: final image will be a highres image printed for my portfolio… so quality must very very high

pls let me know if you have any suggestions or tuts that you can refer to

thanks

the attached image is a reference for photografic input…
the guy has pretty good lips without manipulation… but let say i want him to look like angelina jolie
