Color to Texture screwed up

Hello, after decimating I merged all my subtools.
So I decided to do Color to Texture.
The result I got is very weird, chunks of color all over the scupture.

Any ideas?

I believe you’re supposed to do the col>txr before you decimate the object.

then apply that map to the decimated version.
