Color Stencil

Exist some way to use the Stencil function for paint Color?
Stencil is limited to paint alphas for be sculpted (or black & white painted) only?

Any trick to paint a continuous seamless color texture?

Any acceptable result with deco brush & tile texture option on, what configuration?

Thanks for our time!.

A stencil is created from an alpha, but once it’s turned on it will restrict any brush strokes that go through it. That applies to color and sculpting, both.

Have you read the online documentation? See my signature.

Now I see where it’s the problem. I’m afraid I raised the question wrong. You’re right, It’s possible paint color with stencil.
I’m gonna try again, here we go:

Exist some way to use the Stencil LIKE a Stencil Color?, Not to paint color through a Mask (conveniently repeated with the features of stencil). I mean, paint a color image (seamless prepared) at 100% of intensity, not masking through a stencil, projected from it.

Think my idea was the stencil “project” the colors it adquired, but I was wrong, it is only a mask for the new paintings, how you say.

Maybe I looking for something like “multi projection master”…

But don’t worry about. I think I find a solution, first creating a texture, using Projection Master, Simple Brush, Loading an Image Color in texture palette and an alpha. And then choosing the Grid Stroke and holding Shift for control the rotation.

I had an wrong idea of the stencil. Thanks for all Aurick.
