can i drag the color picer outside zbrush?
what is the easyst way, to pic a color from an external image?

Nope.
Load as a texture and apply to something, then you could pick it.

Probably the simplest way is to use the Image Plane plugin in the Texture palette. Press the Load Image button and the image will be loaded behind your model. You can store the view if you want by using one of the Reference Views buttons. That way you can recall the image any time you want to pick another color.
