Clumping objects

Trying to figure out whats the best way to clump objects such as in the image, was thinking Micromesh but not seeing a way to control orientation. Also thought of fibermesh but that seems to stretch geo, the last thought was maybe creating an insert brush but wanted to see if anyone had better ideas?

Pasting link since I dont own the image…

Personally I’d do it something that has a physics system, and not inside of Zbrush. Dropping a ton of bullets in a bucket is like 3 minutes of work in a traditional 3d package, but quite a bit of work inside of Zbrush.

What you could try is creating an IMM brush with different instances of the bullet set at different angles then using “Curve Mode” stroke in conjunction with the “Variations” slider in “Brush > Modifiers” set to the number of instances your using and the “Variations Selector Mode” set to 3.

Threw it at blender worked great, then brought it back to z for quick render worked great thanks!
