I actually did this a long time ago before the DVD was out. I was guessing HEAVILY on what he actually looked like. Came fairly close considering the lack on info on the creature at the time. I revisited it over the weekend a bit for a DEMO i’ll be doing at CG Con in a couple weeks on creature sculpting and the work that myself and a few talanted artists did on Terminator Salvation. It looks good, especially considering you were working off memory which can be a tricky thing. I don’t even remember exactly what it looks like and I just saw the movie not too long ago. I like the 2nd pair of arms, subtle but somehow they stand out really well.
yea those arms on the actual film model are pretty awesome. I didnt find out till later their position. I’m pretty tempted to go re-do them and nuke that area.
If you’re going for an accurate scuplt of the monster based off the film , I say go for it. But you could just make it another one of its kind and throw your own style on it
It would be exact monster if you changed it grey and the things on it’s head red.
