Clone Brush in Spotlight consistantly crashes ZBrush

I can’t seem to use the Clone Brush in Spotlight at all without incurring a crash, it usually takes just 10 - 20 seconds of using it before I get ‘abnormal program termination’ popup.

ZBrush 4R3, Win 7 64.

Anyone else run into this? Quite frustrating as a powerful tool is basically unusable for me.

I made a screen cap to illustrate. In this case I managed to use it for a minute and a half before a crash (which is much longer than usual).
