Clement Sauve Tribute
This past January, artist Clément Sauvé passed away after a long battle with cancer, at the age of 33. Clément worked for DC Comics on such projects as ‘JLA Secret Files’, ‘Stormwatch’ and ‘The Human Defense Corps’.
Additionally he lent his talents to the ‘Voltron’, ‘GI Joe/Transformers’ and ‘Infantry’ for Devil’s Due Publishing.
Most recently, Sauvé redesigned many characters for the movie ‘G.I. Joe Renegades’ and created amazing character concepts for the EA’s ‘Army Of Two: 40th day’.
Best known for his distinctive graphic style, Sauvé characters jumped off the page with big bold shapes, exaggerated proportions, and tons of personality and attitude.

We invite all of you to join us in celebrating the life and work of this fantastic artist. The goal of this micro challenge is to make a character in Clement’s Style. You are welcome to adapt one of his existing drawings, or create your own character. Your primary objective is to recreate Clement’s styleas closely as possible.
The winner will get a front page plug and micro challenge award.

2D : using any painting applications.
