amazing concept and finished model, and i agree the light setup could use some work. Love how close you got it to the concept
Also, post high res pics !!!~! Especially of the posed sculpt 1!
Really nice work man !!! love the concept !
Keep it UP !!!
Great character from concept to final sculpt! You pulled the look off well
My only comment would be that the final looks a little dark on the right side of the image. His weapon gets lost in the shadow and I feel that its a cool piece of the character
Hey thanks everybody. And yeah it seems the lighting has some issues with it and thats just my lack of experience with compositing and stuff from photoshop. But I will post some higher rez images when I get to school. Idk maybe If I have some time Ill do a proper render setup in vray, That would probably be a much better solution Thank you everyone
hey guys… here are some higher quality images of my last project. Also here are 2 sketches I did. They are both for an assignment where I had to sculpt from a book I read. I read A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula K. Le Guin. Miyazakis son did an adaption of the book called Tales of Earthsea. But the character from the book is Ged or Sparrowhawk a wizard boy age 18ish. He also has 3 white scars on his face. The other character I had to do is just an evil adaption of him. Hence the horns etc. These are just quick dirty bprs of the sculpts. their pretty rough but hope you enjoy crits are always welcome.

I like that weird round creature very much! oh, and the other models are fine too!
Hey thank you Uber
This is something a little different its my project from my Lighting and Rendering class at school. Its rendered in Vray but I used zbrush for the tree character and the girl as well. Its my first time using vray so definately is
a learning process. The concept I found from sixmorevodka.com. Its just like a 8 sec clip.

wow, just wow!
cant wait to get far enough along with sculpting…
Hey guys
Here is my creature sculpting final. I chose a concept from Terryl Whitlatch who has an awesome called creatures: real and imagined and it has amazing concepts in it. This is an amphibious horse that I sculpted and posed and rendered in Vray for the turntable.
Hope you enjoy!

The horse renders look great!
The animal is interesting and well sculpted maybe the neck could be a bit more curved and thinner to fit better with the rest of the body. I also like that base with the grass and dirt.
If you don’t mind me saying - I love the design, in particular his head and the body and pose are quite elegant, but the tail doesn’t match any of that. it appears comparably stiff and clunky. I think if you would put more care into the tail and give it a more dynamic pose, then you’d have a complete masterpiece
dud nice sculpt !!!
Keep it up !!!
great creatures)))
Wow…very beautiful!
