Hello guys,
after trying the digital sculpting in zbrush I had the desire to try the real thing but I don’t know what clay to get and what are the tools to start with, please? Seeing that most of you are professionals I assume that some of you might have classical background and could help me out, right?
I’m not sure what types of clays are there and which ones are really good but I would prefer the dry ones. (I once tried DAZ and although it was fun I hated the fact that it had to be constantly wet for sculpting as otherwise it would dry and hardened).
Would you please help me out? Me and my gf got excited (mainly cause we had awesome fun sculpting the pumpkins for halloween) so we would now want to do the real sculpting. :))
We both work as artist in a company but everything is CG so we don’t have anyone to ask there.
