In this artwork I depicted Devi Durga as ‘MahishasuraMardini’ in a digital clay sculpting… From being ‘Chinmoyee’(Supreme Consciousness) to ‘Mrinmoyee’(Made in clay).
Devi Durga is the AdiShakti- MahaShakti,the ultimate power inherent in all Creation.
Durga means ‘The Invincible’. As MahishasuraMardini, Durga symbolizes the Divine Forces (positive energy) known as divine Shakti(feminine energy or power) that is used against the negative forces of evil and wickedness.
